Two interesting items here:
1) More proof that media outlets love the “consumers don’t trust car dealer” story angle. In fairness, this is understandable – the story line rings true for many car owners.
2) Authenticating positive and negative reviews is a challenge that has yet to be overcome by Yelp, Google, etc.
