We are excited to announce enhancements to our Private Dashboard for service centers. After enrolling in ClearMechanic's Visual Selling Solution, each client gains access to a custom "Private Dashboard" for secure access to historical photos, videos, communication options and other information relevant to marketing and warranty functions.
Below are a few of the new features available in our Private Dashboard.
New External Communication Features Available Directly in Private Dashboard
There is now an easy "Send with Custom Note" option directly from the Private Dashboard, enabling instant e-mail and SMS text messaging to consumers. This helps clients to send a secure link to vehicle images along with a quick explanatory note. (We still have our standard "Send E-mail" and "Send SMS" options that include default language if you do not want to spend time adding a custom note.)
Add Private, Internal Note to a Repair Order
Did you provide a quote or estimate to the consumer and want to make a private note of the figure? Was there special context to a video that should be documented and timestamped? Our "Internal Note" tool is perfect for these functions.
Layout Now Compatible and Responsivene to All Screen Sizes
We have implemented design standards to ensure compatibility of our Private Dashboard with all browser types and screen sizes.
Easily Remove Photos or Videos from Public Viewing
How do I remove that photo from my website? How do I make sure a consumer can't see this test video? Note the "Show to Consumer" checkbox underneath each photo and video. Simply check or un-check this box and select "Save Changes" to adjust whether a photo or video is publicly viewable. Regardless of public access, you will always have the photo or video stored permanently in your Private Dashboard.
Know Whether a Consumer Viewed His / Her Photos and Other Valuable Administrative Information
Did that consumer look at the photos we sent? Which technician uploaded this video? How can I view this photo quickly without going to my "Live Gallery" feature? We have compiled the most valuable administrative information and put it at your fingertips in the Private Dashboard.
