Clients can easily remove outdated information from an Inspection Form using the "Hide" option. Simply click on "Hide" and the Inspection Form is automatically updated. With our auto-save capability, this truly a one-click process!
Keep in mind, this is not the same thing as deleting information. For legal and insurance reasons, we have a strict policy prohibiting permanent deletions because it is important to keep detailed inspection records.
In the example below, we demonstrate how a client hides the "Transmission Oil" inspection item from an Inspection Form. we show the Inspection Form before and after the "Hide" option is used.
