We are pleased to announce that each recommendation generated through ClearMechanic now has a "Priority Level." Following the traditional industry standard of "Red / Yellow / Green" priority levels, we enable the following:
- Red Priority Level: "Urgent Service"
- Yellow Priority Level: "Service Soon"
- Green Priority Level: "Checked and OK"
Our clients were particularly interested in documenting whether a recommendation needed to be done immediately ("Red" Priority Level) or could wait a few weeks or months ("Yellow" Priority Level). See screenshots below of the new Priority Level feature incorporated into ClearMechanic's Live Gallery interface.
Note: all inspection items uploaded from the current ClearMechanic app have a default priority of "Red" or "Urgent Service." The service center can change the Priority Level from the Private Dashboard. With our new multi-point inspection application, called "ClearMechanic Plus," users can easily change the Priority level directly in the mobile app.
