How We Collect Information
Consumers
We have relationships with third parties, including automobile manufacturers, dealers, independent workshops and other businesses that deal with inspections (“Business Customers”) and we offer a variety of services and products, including Software as a Service applications (“SaaS Software as a Service ”) and mobile applications (“ Business Services ”) (collectively,“ Products ”).
As described below, our Business Clients enter consumer information into our Products about their individual clients, as well as prospects (“Consumers”) through the use of the Business Services. For example, a business customer may enter the consumer's name and email address into our Products to enable email communication with the consumer via our Products. Consumer information is only collected if a Business Customer makes the decision to manually enter it into our Products or if the business customer wishes to integrate third-party software containing consumer information with our Products.
The type of consumer information we collect depends on how a Business Customer interacts with our Products, and may include, without limitation, contact information, such as the consumer's name, address, email, mobile phone, and vehicle information. consumer, such as make, model and year.

From our Business Clients
ClearMechanic also collects, transfers and uses information from current Business Customers, as well as prospects for the purposes of sales, billing, marketing and recruiting processes. We collect Business Customer information from our Business Customer's staff through the use of the Business Service. For example, we maintain databases including name, email, company name, job title, and phone number about our point of contact for each Business Client. In this context, ClearMechanic acts as a data controller. ClearMechanic only uses information about the Business Customer for the purposes of sales, marketing or to administer the Business Services.
CMI may also collect personal data from Business Clients to develop ClickToCall's main Object, since it is the subject to be evaluated in the telephone recordings.
From third parties
ClearMechanic may also obtain information about consumers or Business Customers from affiliated third parties, or associated companies, and from advertising or marketing companies that provide us with information as part of their relationship with us. We may combine this with information that has already been collected to offer the Business Service and that may be of interest to our Business Customers.
How We Share and Disclose Your Information
Within ClearMechanic, we may share information and telephone recordings from the ClickToCall program about Consumers or Business Clients with ClearMechanic employees, agents, contractors who have a legitimate business reason for obtaining access to such information. We may also share information about Consumers or Business Clients with our Business Clients who have a legitimate business reason to obtain access to said information. However, we will not sell such information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. (example, for topics unrelated to ClearMechanic's business).
We may hire third parties who are service providers to work with us in order to provide services for you, such as the IP telephony service used to provide the ClickToCall service. Tracking Technology Used by ClearMechanic
Like many service providers, we use mechanisms to track information about the use of our Sites and Services.
Tracking Technologies
We may collect one or more identifiers for any particular device that you use to access the internet (each has a "Device Identifier"). When utilization is analyzed, such information helps us determine how our Sites and Services are used, and we can also find the most relevant features. We may associate your Device Identifier with other information that we have collected or obtained about Consumers or Business Customers.
